What's inside

BUILT FOR THE WAY INDIA EATS,
WALKS AND FORGETS ITS PILLS

01 — AI Food Scanner

Photograph the plate.
Get katori-level numbers.

Point the camera at everything on the thali. A vision model names the dishes, then every match is grounded against a bundled table of 300 Indian foods — so you get methi paratha by the piece and sabzi by the katori, not "mixed vegetables, 1 serving."

  • Correct any item before it's logged
  • Works offline by name — dal, daal and dhal all match
  • Portions in katori, roti and cups

Nutrition values are estimates for Indian home cooking. Validation against ICMR–NIN's Indian Food Composition Tables is in progress.

The Valenox food scanner showing methi paratha, drumstick curry and lauki ki sabzi logged for a total of 910 kcal.

02 — Daily Health Score

One number.
And it shows its working.

Steps, water, calories and medicines roll into a single 0–100 score. Tap it and you see the whole arithmetic — what each part contributed and what it was out of. Nothing is hidden behind a wellness ring.

  • Modules you didn't use are renormalised out, never counted as zero
  • Day one shows a friendly locked state, not a punishing 0
  • The ring is never red — it's a companion, not a verdict
The health score breakdown sheet showing today's plan progress and yesterday's points for steps, calories, water, medicine and consistency.

03 — Heart Rate

Your pulse, from
the camera you own.

Cover the back camera and flash with a fingertip, sit still for twenty seconds. Valenox reads the colour change in your fingertip and returns a BPM, the zone it falls in, and a thirty-day resting average — no strap, no watch, no subscription.

  • Five training zones plus resting
  • Thirty-day resting trend, so improvement is visible
  • Every reading kept on the device

A wellness estimate from your camera. Not a medical device and not medical advice.

The Valenox heart rate screen: measure with the camera, last reading 113 BPM, resting average 60 BPM, and a zone chart.

04 — Medicine Reminders

Reminders that
actually fire.

Most Indian phones kill background apps to save battery, and most reminder apps quietly stop working a week after you install them. Valenox books each dose as an exact alarm clock, re-arms after every dose, and heals itself after reboots and updates.

  • Take or Skip straight from the notification
  • Survives OEM battery optimisation
  • A one-minute self-check proves delivery on your own phone
The medicines screen showing today's dose of BP at 10:00 marked Taken, and a card explaining how to make reminders reliable.

05 — Steps & Water

Two taps a day is
the whole ritual.

Steps come off the phone's own sensor and stay correct across reboots and midnight rollovers. Water is one tap per glass with an undo, and the goal is derived from your body weight rather than a flat number pulled out of the air.

  • Distance, calories burned and a streak
  • Manual fallback when the phone has no step sensor
  • Every log updates the day's score immediately
The Valenox home dashboard showing 5305 of 10000 steps, a 3-day streak, heart rate, and water at 5 of 12 glasses with an undo option.

06 — Guided Breathing

Two minutes to
come back down.

Ten rounds of paced breathing with a petal that opens as you inhale and closes as you exhale. Sound optional. It's the one screen in the app that asks you to do nothing at all.

General wellness practice, not medical advice or treatment.

07 — Your Numbers

BMI on the cutoffs
that apply to you.

Onboarding takes a minute and gives you BMI against WHO Asian-Indian cutoffs, BMR by Mifflin–St Jeor, a body-fat estimate, a healthy weight range for your height, and the daily calorie, water and step goals everything else measures against.

These are estimates for awareness. Not medical advice. The screenshot shows the developer's own profile.

And there's more under the hood

SIX MORE MODULES,
SAME ONE APP

No second download, no upsell, no separate account. Tap "More" and the rest of the family's health is already in there.

The Valenox assistant answering a question about today's step count using the user's own logged data.

AI Health Assistant

Ask about your own logged data in English or Hindi. It refuses diagnosis, dosage and drug interactions, and sends you to a doctor instead.

The diet planner showing region and preference filters with a seven-day Indian meal plan of phulka, dal tadka, methi paratha and palak paneer.

Diet Planner

Pick North, South, East, West or Northeast and veg, egg or non-veg. Get a week of real meals — phulka and aloo matar, not "grilled chicken salad".

The home remedies list showing ajwain for gas, aloe vera for burns and ashwagandha for stress, each tagged with an evidence badge.

Home Remedies

Fifty remedies, fully offline, each carrying an honest badge — Some evidence or Traditional use. Ashwagandha doesn't get to pretend it's a cure.

The vaccinations screen listing an upcoming Td/Tdap adult booster and annual influenza shot with Done and Skip actions.

Vaccinations & Checkups

The IAP immunisation schedule built in, plus adult boosters and your own checkup dates. Mark done or skip; nothing nags twice.

The lab reports screen offering to add a report photo or PDF and read out the values for you to check.

Lab Report Reader

Photograph a report or add the PDF. Every extracted value goes on a confirm screen before it's saved — an explanation for your understanding, never a diagnosis.

The family screen showing the selected member and options to add a family member or set a family PIN.

Family Profiles

Add parents and children on one phone. Lab reports, diet plans, vaccinations and the assistant all follow whoever is selected — behind a family PIN.

Language

पूरा ऐप, हिन्दी में.

Hindi isn't a settings page with three translated buttons behind it. Every screen, every reminder, every empty state is written in Hindi — and written in the respectful आप register, never तुम. English is the default; Hindi is one tap away in onboarding and switchable later.

Where your data lives

THERE IS NO
SERVER TO BREACH

No account, ever

No sign-up, no phone number, no OTP. Open the app and start. There is nothing to log into and nothing to delete later.

No backend

Valenox has no server. Your weight, your medicines, your readings and your meals are rows in a database on your own phone.

One outbound call

The only thing that ever leaves the device is the photo you choose to scan and the questions you type to the assistant, sent to the AI provider. Nothing else, ever.

You hold the backup

Export everything to a JSON file you keep. Restore validates the whole file before it writes anything, so a bad import can never destroy what you have.

Valenox is a wellness companion, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, prescribe or advise on dosage. Talk to a doctor.
